    Service Description:
    Talk2Walk is a support service provided by Time-Less Voices, LLC. It offers a safe and confidential space for individuals to talk, express their concerns, and be heard without judgment. Talk2Walk is not a coaching service but aims to provide emotional support, active listening, and empathy.

    The Client shall have access to Talk2Walk support services for the Duration of this Agreement.

    The service is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or coaching and does not provide professional advice or interventions.
    Talk2Walk services are fee-based, with sessions scheduled for 30 to 120 minutes.
    Clients must book sessions through the online calendar scheduling system and complete payment before appointment confirmation.

    Cancellation of scheduled sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A 40% penalty fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged.

    1. Confidentiality: All support sessions and related communication are confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.

    2. Professional Conduct: The Support Provider and the Client shall treat each other respectfully, professionally, and courteously throughout the support relationship.

    3. Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for their decisions and actions during and after support sessions.

    4. Session Punctuality: The Client shall promptly initiate all scheduled support calls/meetings and be prepared for each session.

    5. Feedback and Communication: The Client shall promptly communicate any concerns or questions to the Support Provider and be open to receiving feedback.

    6. Scope of Support: The scope of the support engagement is defined by the Support Provider and the Client and outlined in the Support Agreement.

    7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with two weeks’ written notice.

    8. Payment: Payment for support services is due as specified in the Fees section of this Agreement.

    9. Rescheduling: The Client shall provide at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations or rescheduling.

    10. Additional Services: If the Client requests other services beyond the scope of this Agreement, fees and terms shall be negotiated separately.

    11. Results Disclaimer: The Support Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from support.

    12. Outside Professional Advice: The Client is advised to seek professional advice (e.g., legal, medical) outside support when necessary.

      Disclaimer:

      No Medical or Therapeutic Services: The support services provided by Time-Less Voices, LLC do not substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment.       Liability: Time-Less Voices, LLC will not be held liable for any actions, decisions, or consequences arising from support services. The Support Provider is not responsible for the Client’s choices or actions during or after support sessions.

      Ethical and Professional Standards: Time-Less Voices, LLC adheres to ethical and professional standards established within the support profession. Any concerns or grievances should be addressed following the procedures outlined in the Support Agreement.
