We stress that life coaching is not to provide therapeutic/therapy, psychotherapy, mentoring, career counseling services, teaching, or consulting. Accordingly, life coaching is not intended to transfer knowledge but to help clients recognize their path to knowledge and skills to reach their goals, by building and tapping into self-discovery.

Constructive feedback is pertinent for the client to persist in learning, challenge areas of concern, and gain more effective tools to aid in further self-assessment. Our Life-Coaching services allow clients to explore and expand self-awareness and self-assessment, manage their emotions, and challenge issues of importance. We aim to support the client’s questions by obtaining problem-solving skills, goal attainment, enhanced work performance, personal strength, passion, responsibility, and accountability.

The coaching supports the clients in asking questions that will assist with learning in a structured setting while aiming for solutions.
