This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of by and between JayP, also known as J. Pierpoint (hereinafter referred to as "Artist"), and (hereinafter referred to as "Agent"). 

Purpose 

This Agreement sets forth the terms under which the Agent will promote, market, and assist in the sale or licensing of the Artist's original artworks, prints, and digital creations. 

Grant of Rights 

Artist hereby grants the Agent the non-exclusive right to promote and solicit buyers for the Artist's work as defined in this Agreement. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights remain with the Artist. 

Term and Termination 

- The term of this Agreement shall be six (6) months from the Date of signing, renewable by mutual written Agreement. 

- Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. 

- In breach, the non-breaching party may terminate this Agreement immediately with written notice. 

Commission and Payments 

- Agent shall be entitled to a commission of [Insert Percentage]% of the final sale price of any artwork sold as a direct result of Agent's efforts. 

- Commissions shall be paid within fourteen (14) business days following receipt of payment by the Artist. - No commission shall be due for sales made directly by the Artist unless the sale originated from the Agent's 

introduction. 

Responsibilities of the Agent 

- Promote Artist's work ethically and professionally. 

- Present the Artist's work only with accurate descriptions and in appropriate settings. - Submit regular reports or updates on promotional activities, inquiries, or potential buyers. 

Responsibilities of the Artist 

- Provide high-quality digital files, descriptions, and details of artworks. 

- Maintain the Artist's website(s) and update inventory as needed. 

- Fulfill sales orders and shipping when applicable unless otherwise agreed. 

Pricing and Approval 

- The Artist retains sole authority to set or adjust the pricing of all artworks. 

- Before finalization, the Artist must give written approval for all sales or licensing deals. 

Confidentiality 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information, including pricing, contracts, and client data. 

Copyright and Intellectual Property 

- The Artist retains full copyright ownership of all artworks. 

- Without written permission, the Agent may not reproduce, license, or alter artwork. 

Dispute Resolution

- Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. - If unresolved, parties agree to submit to mediation before pursuing formal legal remedies. 

Indemnification 

Each party shall indemnify and hold harmless the other from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their breach of this Agreement or misconduct. 

Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of

Entire Agreement 

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
